“Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team.”

Harry Evatt Bullock
Evatt & Bullock Co. has been founded by chef Harry Bullock. As such a passion for food was developed in younger years, Harry has spent the best part of his life working in professional kitchens, honing his skills along the way. He has worked and spent time at the likes of prestigious 1* Michelin - La Becasse, 3AA Rosette - Fishmore Hall & 2* Michelin - Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. His last employed position saw him run the kitchens at The Coach House in Norbury; achieving 2 AA rosettes within the first 3 months of the doors opening - the youngest chef in the country to ever win this accolade. This led him to attract the eyes of Harden’s Guide where he achieved 5/5 for exceptional cookery, The Saturday Times ranked him 8/10 and Michelin even knocked on the door. In previous jobs, he got The Pound Inn into the Michelin Guide in 2016.
This has always been a dream for Harry, to found and build a company, which provides tailored, high end experiences in the comfort of their own space - quite the task!
A keen countryman, Harry immerses himself into outdoor activities including game shooting, gardening and fishing, so a meticulous eye for quality and animal welfare is at the forefront of his mind. Photography is also a big part of Harry’s life, which allows him to explore different areas of the county and discover new wild ingredients on the way. If you can’t find him doing any of those things, he is probably out training his gun dogs!
Ruby Tuesday Kempster
Say hello to Ruby! She joined our team back in 2020 during Covid, and when we were so very stretched. Ruby’s determination and passion for ‘just giving it a go’ has stood her in good stead over the past few years with us. She began in the hospitality industry at a young age too, perfecting her skills as a barista. However, her horizons brightened when this opportunity opened and she hasn’t looked back.
Ruby can be found mostly in our prep & operations hub @ Dinham Weir House. She is a whizz in the kitchen and loves it. You will also find her running the logistics for our Market Menu service, plus delivering too!
Also, being Harry’s partner, she too is a keen country lover - what a pair!
Jen Sally Collins
Jen has been with us from the very start, and thank goodness! She and Harry have worked together previously, and it was a no-brainer to offer her a position with us. From a young age, Jen’s life and passion have been based around the hospitality industry. From working at prestigious restaurants, to running events & banqueting, she really has the know-how when it comes to customer relations!
Jen’s position is events co-ordinator & head of front of house, and you will very likely meet her at your event, as she gracefully looks after you. Jen has an incredible character, whose witty, yet compassionate nature makes for a very fun & relaxed workplace!
On her day off, you will most likely find Jen enjoying a glass of single malt up on a hill somewhere!
Daniel Shaw
Dan came aboard our team in 2023, after reaching out to us for some work experience. After a brief chat in the kitchen one afternoon, it was clear that Dan had a passion for cookery & growing. He has been doing 1 - 2 days a week with us in the prep kitchen to hone his skills, and we have seen huge leaps in his confidence levels, skills & sense of humour!
Alongside his cooking and his school work, Dan is a keen grower and has provided us with some incredible produce so far. He has his own little patch at home and has just taken on a field from a local farmer - we are here to support him along his exciting journey ahead!
You may see Dan in the kitchen at your event, as we teach him the art of service, be sure to say hi and ask him about his garden(s)!
